Questions

Do I have to pay to get started?: No. Create your site first and choose a plan when you are ready.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Yes. Under Billing in Application Settings you can change plan, update your card, see invoices and cancel, on Stripe's secure customer portal.
What happens if a payment fails?: You keep full access for 7 days so you can fix it, with a reminder in your dashboard. After that your dashboard becomes read-only until the payment goes through. Your public website stays up throughout.
What happens if I cancel?: Your dashboard becomes read-only and your public website stays up for 30 days. After that both go offline. You can subscribe again at any time during or after that period.
What counts toward my storage?: Photos, health documents and other files you upload. Photos are resized when you add them. You can see what you are using, and remove unused images, from your dashboard.
